We are an independent staffing company in the Racine and Kenosha areas. We specialize in industrial staffing, but also provide office, technical, and professional employees for short or long term staffing. We serve small businesses that need only a few employees and large customers that use a high volume of our employees.

Being locally owned and operated allows us to customize our programs to meet our client's unique staffing requirements and to respond immediately to specific issues that arise. It also enables us to act as consultants, sharing solutions and strategies that have worked for others in similar settings. For example, a program that we initiated for one client was so successful in improving retention, decreasing turnover, and providing cost saving that we have implemented it in several other companies with some minor adjustments customized to fit their needs.

While we have the advantages of being independent, it is our membership in national organizations and networks which gives us the access to the latest industry developments and resources.
