Since we opened for business in 1994, Halpin Personnel has been locally owned and operated. Our business philosophy includes a strong commitment to community stewardship. We have been active members of RAMAC and Kenosha Chamber of Commerce since our inception. Halpin strives to maintain a strong relationship with the community and the people that live here. Every Halpin employee must agree to adhere to the Halpin vision and philosophy. Halpin Personnel's recruiting staff will address the needs of clients and associates with a team of qualified employees. A team approach to assessment, recruiting, interviewing, etc. allows each member to excel in their given area of expertise while providing the best service to clients and associates. Once the team reaches a consensus, a plan of action is implemented and evaluated on a regular basis. The Halpin staff is empowered by management to focus on and successfully meet the needs of client companies, as well as Halpin's temporary and long-term staffers. To maintain our leadership role in the staffing industry, Halpin is an active member in the Wisconsin Association of Staffing Services, and the National Federation of Independent Businesses.
