To qualify for holiday pay, you must work at least 960 hours in the 26 weeks immediately preceding the holiday. You must also work your scheduled shift before and after the holiday.
Work full time (minimum 32 hours a week) and have 1920 consecutive hours in a calendar year without a 30-day interruption, we will pay you for up to 40 hours of vacation at your current rate.
Halpin Personnel provides a 401(k) plan. Employees who have worked for Halpin Staffing Services for at least one year and 1000 hours of service are eligible.
