Vacation Pay

We appreciate your hard work and recognize consistent performance. If you work full time (minimum of 32 hours a week) and have 1500 consecutive hours, along with 12 months of work without a 30 day interruption in your employment, we will pay you the average hours worked up to 40 hours of vacation at your current rate.

Health Insurance

We offer two options for this. Premiums are deducted directly from your paycheck. See your Halpin Recruiter for additional information and rates.

Holidays

We recognize the following holidays;

• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas
• New Years Day

To qualify for each holiday you must work 550 hours in the four months immediately preceding the holiday. You must also work your scheduled day before and after the holiday.
