Megan Halpin
Megan has been conducting Direct Hire searches for over five years. She began her career as a Direct Hire Specialist for Smart Resources, located in the Chicago loop. Although she worked within a variety of industries, Megan primarily focused on placing Executive Assistants with C-Level executives. After honing her skills in Chicago, Megan decided to bring her expertise to the family business where she’s making successful placements everyday.
Sean Cook
Sean has been conducting Direct Hire searches for over two years. Sean earned his Bachelors degree in Human Resources from University of Wisconsin Platteville in 2007. After experiencing success making temporary-to-perm placements at Halpin, Sean began making a name for himself in Direct Hire. Sean has conducted searches all over the board, from Controllers to mid-level marketing roles. While still in college, Sean did an extended HR internship in a manufacturing environment so he’s especially well equipped to place Management personnel and skilled tradesman in production oriented environments.
