Halpin is an independent, family-owned staffing firm that specializes in light industrial placements. Our core services include temporary help, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire placements. In addition we can provide payrolling.

Mike Halpin started Halpin fifteen years ago and has grown his business to be one of the most successful staffing firms in the Racine and Kenosha area today. (We also have two sister offices located in Milwaukee and Peoria, IL.) Although Mike is still very involved in the business, it is his two adult children, Ryan and Megan, that oversee the daily operations. Our clientele ranges from small “mom and pop” shops who use an occasional temp, to large, corporate companies who employ more than twenty temps per shift. The biggest advantage to using Halpin, as opposed to a national or corporate provider, is that being family owned and operated enables us to customize the service we provide to our clients. We do not have to follow policies established at some remote corporate office. We make decisions in Racine and Kenosha based on the needs of our client.
