Megan has been with Halpin for three years but in the staffing industry for almost six. Megan started in the industry as a Direct Hire Specialist with a firm called Smart Resources in the Chicago loop. After honing her skills in Chicago, Megan decided to bring her expertise to the family business. She has been instrumental in getting Halpin’s Direct Hire Division, HalpinDirect, off the ground and is involved in most of these searches. Additionally, Megan is involved with all facets of the Kenosha office. Megan is alumni of Augustana College located in Rock Island, IL. She earned degrees in both Spanish and Speech Communication.
